AIEAID — Privacy AIEAID collects and holds account details, chats, projects, supplied context, optional feedback, usage/payment references and agreement receipts to run the service, maintain history, manage billing and security, and handle support. Account information is required for hosted access; payment information is required for checkout. Messages, sources and feedback are optional; omitted context may reduce answer usefulness. Privacy contact: aieaidcom@gmail.com. Vultr hosts AIEAID; Auth0 handles authentication, Google offers optional sign-in and Stripe handles card details. We store payment references, not card numbers. Selected cloud models receive the permitted question/context; multi-model and improvement workflows can share it with each involved provider. Providers may process data overseas. Google identity data is used for account access and security, not advertising. Provider-required country checks use your network address and cannot reliably detect VPNs. Sign-in uses cookies; identity/payment providers may keep their own logs. Local-model inference runs on your device, but returned answers and hosted history can still be stored here. Hosted information is not operator-blind end-to-end encrypted: authorized operators may access it for necessary administration, support or security. Feedback is private to your workspace; submitting it does not authorize cross-user sharing or shared learning. Private evaluation is a separate preference. Automatic model choice is not a guarantee of better answers. Workspace content stays until deleted or the account is closed. Financial, usage, identity and agreement records are separate. Protected backups currently have no automatic expiry; deletion does not immediately remove every copy. Contact us for access, correction, deletion, retention questions or complaints; separate records/backups require operator handling, subject to legitimate legal, accounting and security needs. You may also complain to New Zealand’s Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz. Never send passwords, codes or card details to support.Back
