AIEAID — Terms

AIEAID is a commercial beta. Contact: aieaidcom@gmail.com. Features may change or be interrupted. Protect your account, use the service lawfully and share only information you are entitled to share. Model-provider eligibility rules apply to everyone. AI answers, including combined answers, can be wrong; check important claims.

Balance and usage are in USD. Prepaid use requires no subscription. Checkout shows the payment and any bonus credits; bonuses have no cash value. Credits currently have no automatic expiry. Usage is charged at versioned AIEAID rates, generally 2× configured provider base costs. Provider discounts are not automatically passed through. Multiple answers and answer improvement can incur several calls. Each admitted request keeps its rate version; estimated usage is reserved, then settled, with unresolved usage held for reconciliation. Your bank or Stripe may charge currency-conversion fees.

For unused-credit refunds or service problems, contact us with your payment reference, never card details or passwords. Refunds normally return to the original payment method, cannot exceed cash paid and remove proportional bonuses. Refunding spent credits can leave debt and pause use. Completed usage is not automatically refunded. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

You can sign out, recover access or close your account. Resolve outstanding credit/payments before closure. Closure removes the live workspace; separate identity, financial and backup records need separate handling. See the Privacy Notice.
