What we collect and why
AIEAID holds account details, conversations, projects, supplied context and optional feedback to provide your workspace and support. Usage, payment references and agreement records help us manage billing and security. We do not sell your personal information.
Account details are needed for hosted access and payment details for purchases. Messages, context and feedback are your choice; without relevant context, answers may be less useful.
Who receives your information
Cloud AI providers receive your question and relevant permitted context. Comparing or combining answers may involve several providers. Local AI processes requests on your device, but conversations and answers saved to your hosted account remain on our servers.
We use hosting, sign-in and payment providers to operate AIEAID. They may process information overseas. Stripe handles card details; we store payment references, not card numbers. Sign-in uses cookies, and network addresses support security and applicable eligibility checks. Google sign-in information is used for access and security, not advertising.
Your privacy and improvements
Your conversations and feedback are not shared with other users or used for community learning without separate permission. Optional private feedback evaluation stays within your account. Community experiments currently use synthetic or reviewed public cases.
Authorised operators may access hosted information when needed for service operation, support or security. Using a local model does not make hosted history accessible only to you.
Your choices
You can delete conversations or close your account. Some financial, identity, security and agreement records are retained separately where needed. Backups have no automatic expiry yet; removing those copies requires separate handling.
