Using AIEAID

AIEAID brings AI conversations, multiple perspectives and combined answers into one workspace. Use the service lawfully, protect your account and share only content you have the right to use. Available models and features depend on your setup and provider availability.

Credits and payments

Your balance and spending are shown in USD. Prepaid use does not require a subscription. Usage is deducted from your balance based on the models and processing used; requesting multiple answers or a combined answer may cost more than a single response. View your spending in Settings.

Checkout shows your payment and any bonus credits. Credits currently do not expire automatically. Bonus credits have no cash value. Your payment provider or bank may apply currency-conversion fees.

Refunds

For a refund of unused paid credits, contact aieaidcom@gmail.com with your payment reference. Refunds return to the original payment method where possible and cannot exceed the amount paid. Related credits and bonuses are adjusted; usage already completed remains payable unless a refund is required by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Your account and information

You can manage or close your account in Settings. Contact us about any remaining balance before closing it. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information and deletion requests.
